I LOVE MY LIFE
I received the Life is Grand Award from Being Bipolar (go check her out www.beingbipolar.today.com) and I decided to make it my own and call it I love my life.
We tend to focus on the bad, at least I do, what’s hard, and the things that just don’t go right in our lives. But I believe if we stop and reflect for a minute, even in the midst of all that is wrong, our lives are truly blessed. So take a minute, make a list of at least ten wonderful things in your life, and say “I LOVE MY LIFE!”
1. I have a wonderful husband that loves me more than life itself. He is my rock and I am so thankful for him.
2. O. My daughter. My joy, my smile, my life.
3. My parents. They are always beside me, they support me in all I do, and they love me for me and nothing more.
4. My mother & father in-law. They support my husband and I and they have always been there for us.
5. My brother & sister. God couldn’t have given me two better siblings.
6. Marley, my ankle biting golden retriever - he may annoy me at times but he makes my daughter smile and that makes my heart sing.
7. Being Bipolar - yes I love being bipolar. I’ve decided to stop fighting the diagnosis and start accepting it. Its manageable and its part of who I am, so I love it!
8. My body. It may not be what people call ideal but I’m healthy and as long as I take care of my body it will take care of me.
9. The ability to write. God blessed me with a talent for words…and I’m good at it.
10. Chocolate. It’s truly God’s gift to me.
I LOVE MY LIFE!
